Two Rivers Mall Retail Space

Two Rivers Mall is a major shopping-and-entertainment complex in Ruaka, along Limuru Road near Runda and Gigiri in Nairobi, Kenya. Opened in February 2017, it has about 67,000 square meters of gross lettable space, making it the largest mall in sub-Saharan Africa outside South Africa.
It includes over 200 stores featuring international and local brands, a large hypermarket (Carrefour), cinemas, food courts, and a variety of entertainment options like the “Eye of Kenya” Ferris wheel, a theme park, and leisure areas for families.
The mall is part of a bigger mixed-use development: alongside retail there's Grade A office towers, residential housing, hotels, and event spaces. It’s designed to serve both affluent neighbourhoods nearby and a growing middle class, and it has modern infrastructure and strong accessibility via major roads.
